As a work at home mom, whose business is online and requires huge amounts of "on my butt staring at my computer monitor" time, I frequently get neck, back and wrist pains, as well as eyestrain. None of which are good for me or my business.
I was visiting a friends blog and she had posted this excercise routine for those of us who spend the majority of our work time at the computer. It's so quick and easy, even I can do it! LOL
